Hypnobirthing will help you in achieving your best labour and birth, whatever that means for you. Usually, women who have practised Hypnobirthing during their pregnancy won't need any pain relief because pain is linked to tension and fear and Hypnobirthing will help you in overcome them. However, because Hypnobirthing is so much more than a method to feel less or no pain, if you will choose to have a pain relief you will still benefit from all the "techniques", information and concepts learnt during the course.
